Profimex's Legal and Compliance Department is expanding, and we are looking for an excellent attorney at the beginning of their professional career to join us in a diverse and challenging role offering broad exposure to the worlds of investments, commercial law, and international regulation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing legal support for the company's activities in Israel and abroad.
• Work on commercial agreements, transactions, and a variety of projects.
• Participate in capital-raising processes and investment fund activities.
• Manage Compliance and Onboarding processes, including KYC and AML.
• Work with advisors, service providers, business partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with a range of business and financial stakeholders across the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Licensed attorney with 1-4 years of post-internship experience.
• Excellent English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Professional curiosity, strong learning capabilities, and a desire to develop.
• High level of personal responsibility and the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Significant advantage for candidates with experience or familiarity in commercial law, corporate law, capital markets, regulation, KYC, and AML.
